Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your muffin tin with liners or cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk until mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chopped pecans and salted caramel sauce.
- Fill muffin tins about 3/4 full with batter.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow muffins to cool for 5 minutes in the tin, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Drizzle with additional salted caramel sauce and garnish with a whole pecan before serving.

Consider using silicone muffin trays for easier removal; store uneaten muffins in an airtight container to prolong freshness.
