Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add your eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips, chopped macadamia nuts, and caramel chips.
  6. Use a tablespoon to portion out the dough and place on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each dough ball.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the centers are soft.
  8. Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top of each cookie while warm.
  9. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
