- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel chips
- Flaky sea salt, for topping
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add your eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips, chopped macadamia nuts, and caramel chips.
- Use a tablespoon to portion out the dough and place on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each dough ball.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the centers are soft.
- Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top of each cookie while warm.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For chewier cookies, underbake slightly and allow them to set on the baking sheets.
