- 24 oz cream cheese (3 blocks), softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs

- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted
- ½ cup semisweet chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease your 9-inch springform pan. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of the pan.
- Make the Filling: Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, follow with vanilla and sour cream.
- Bake the Cheesecake: Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until center is set.
- Chill and Add Toppings: Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Add caramel, toasted coconut, and chocolate drizzle before serving.
