- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Begin by heating a skillet or saucepan over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce.
- Melt the unsalted butter and add it to the mixture along with the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- While the chicken is heating, take your hoagie rolls and toast them until they’re golden and crispy.
- Once the chicken mixture is heated through, generously spoon the buffalo chicken into each toasted hoagie roll.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the top of each sandwich.
