Instructions
- Begin by heating a combination of olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and give it about 3–4 minutes to soften.
- Introduce minced garlic followed by the rice; sauté for 1–2 minutes.
- Pour in the broth and spices, bring to a simmer, cover, and let cook for 15 minutes.
- Add shrimp on top, cover again and cook for 5–7 minutes.
- Finish with lemon juice and parsley, serve hot.
