Instructions

  1. Begin by gathering a large mixing bowl. In it, combine the chilled shrimp, finely chopped celery, and red onion. Gently fold these ingredients together with a spatula.
  2. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and choice of herbs. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the prepared dressing over the shrimp mixture. Use a gentle folding motion to coat the shrimp evenly. Cover and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
