- 4 cups crispy rice cereal
- 457 grams mini marshmallows, divided
- 85 grams salted butter, melted
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 45 grams semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
- 56–90 grams fun-size milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces
- 0.5 cup Golden Grahams cereal (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the Surface: Begin by lining your 23 x 33 cm baking dish with parchment paper and coat with non-stick spray.
- Melt the Butter and Marshmallows: In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat, add vanilla, then mix in all but 1.5 cups of mini marshmallows until smooth.
- Combine Cereals and Marshmallows: Add crispy rice and remaining Golden Grahams, folding gently, then add reserved marshmallows.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in mini chocolate chips and gently mix.
- Transfer and Cool: Spread mixture in prepared dish, top with remaining cereal, marshmallows, and chocolate bars; let cool for 15-20 minutes.
