- 2 cups finely chopped fresh spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Coat a 9×9-inch baking dish lightly with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, ricotta, feta, and Parmesan cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs with flour, nutmeg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the egg mixture with the spinach mixture.
- Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden on top.
- Let cool slightly, slice into squares and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Ensure spinach is finely chopped and cheeses are mixed well. Use full-fat cheese for a creamier result.
