  • 80 ml lemon juice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 15 ml lemon juice (plus additional drops as needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Start by lining an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and lightly greasing it with a non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Set your oven temperature to 175°C (350°F).
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, chopped strawberries, lemon juice, and eggs. Use a whisk or electric mixer to blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  5. Cool the brownies in the pan for about 10 minutes before lifting them out and letting them cool completely on a wire rack.
