- 120 g fresh strawberries, chopped
- 80 ml lemon juice
- 2 large eggs
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 15 ml lemon juice (plus additional drops as needed for consistency)
Instructions
- Start by lining an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and lightly greasing it with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Set your oven temperature to 175°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, chopped strawberries, lemon juice, and eggs. Use a whisk or electric mixer to blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool the brownies in the pan for about 10 minutes before lifting them out and letting them cool completely on a wire rack.
- Prepare the lemon glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar and 15 ml of lemon juice.
- Once cooled, drizzle the glaze over the brownies and allow it to set before serving.
