- 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 2 cans strawberry pie filling (21 oz each)
- 1 block cream cheese (8 oz), softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the baking dish.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; dollop over strawberry filling.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix over cheesecake mixture.
- Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix and optionally top with pecans.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
