A refreshing and easy no-bake dessert combining layers of pretzels, cream cheese, and strawberry gelatin.

- 2 cups crushed pretzels or cookies
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1–2 tablespoons sugar (optional, if using pretzels)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels or cookies with melted butter and optional sugar. Mix until crumbly. Transfer to a 9×13-inch dish, press down to create a crust, and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar and mix until integrated. Fold in whipped topping gently. Spread mixture over cooled crust.
- Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and cool. Fold in sliced strawberries. Pour over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
Notes
Make a day in advance for best flavor. Store in the refrigerator.
