- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized

Instructions
- Begin by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet once the oil is shimmering. Sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
- Incorporate the diced chicken into the skillet. Season with salt and pepper and brown on all sides.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the cooked chicken, stirring to coat. Let simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet, folding it into the mixture and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer to bowls and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
