  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Grate the courgettes and squeeze out excess moisture.
  4. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
  6. Add courgettes and walnuts to the batter.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
  8. Cool down and serve.
