- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time and then mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and arrange them on prepared baking sheets, leaving space in between.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool on a wire rack.

For a crunch, consider adding chopped nuts like walnuts or pecans.
