  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • Optional: ½ teaspoon garlic powder, herbs, or shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Get your loaf pan ready.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, and melted butter.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Stir in the apple cider vinegar before pouring the batter into the loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
