- Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare your baking tray.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, caster sugar, butter, and double cream. Heat until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat, stir in plain flour and vanilla extract.
- Fold in sliced almonds until well combined.
