Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  3. Whisk flour, baking powder, and baking soda separately, then mix with the wet ingredients.
  4. Prepare streusel topping by mixing brown sugar, cinnamon, cold butter, and flour.
  5. Fill muffin tins with batter, sprinkle with streusel, and bake for 18-20 minutes.
