Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and baking soda separately, then mix with the wet ingredients.
- Prepare streusel topping by mixing brown sugar, cinnamon, cold butter, and flour.
- Fill muffin tins with batter, sprinkle with streusel, and bake for 18-20 minutes.
