Instructions

- Combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and cocoa powder in a saucepan to create filling.
- Assemble the pie and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Prepare the topping by cooking unsalted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks.
- Final assembly: spoon topping over the chocolate filling and chill.
Notes
Using room temperature eggs helps prevent curdling in the filling.
