- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, walnuts)
- 1 small bunch of fresh basil or oregano
- Fresh pita bread or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Start by placing the block of feta cheese prominently in the center of your board.
- Artfully arrange the cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, and mixed nuts around the feta.
- Spoon out the tzatziki and hummus into small bowls or ramekins. Position them strategically on the board.
- Drizzle a fine stream of extra virgin olive oil over the feta cheese and lightly sprinkle fresh basil or oregano for a fragrant pop of color and taste. Finish by adding pita bread or a selection of crackers on the side for dipping and serving.
