Description

This delightful No-Bake Popcorn Cake is a fun and easy treat perfect for parties or family gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup salted butter
  • 20 ounces mini marshmallows (2 x 10 oz bags)
  • 14 cups unflavored popcorn, kernels removed
  • 2 cups plain M&M’s
  • Optional Add-ins: 1/2 cup crushed pretzels, 1/2 cup mini peanut butter cups, 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles, 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bundt Pan by spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Melt the Marshmallow Mixture in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Combine Popcorn and Marshmallows in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add M&M’s gently to the popcorn mixture.
  5. Pack and Set the Cake into the Bundt pan and let it rest.
  6. Serve and Enjoy the popcorn cake once it’s set.
