- 3/4 cup salted butter
- 20 ounces mini marshmallows (2 x 10 oz bags)
- 14 cups unflavored popcorn, kernels removed
- 2 cups plain M&M’s
- Optional Add-ins: 1/2 cup crushed pretzels, 1/2 cup mini peanut butter cups, 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles, 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Prepare the Bundt Pan by spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
- Melt the Marshmallow Mixture in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Combine Popcorn and Marshmallows in a large mixing bowl.
- Add M&M’s gently to the popcorn mixture.
- Pack and Set the Cake into the Bundt pan and let it rest.
- Serve and Enjoy the popcorn cake once it’s set.
