Instructions

  1. Start by taking your unsalted butter out of the fridge and allowing it to come to room temperature.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter and beat on medium-high speed for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the marshmallow fluff and mix on medium speed until combined.
  4. Incorporate the strawberry preserves and mix until a light pink hue is achieved.
  5. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar while mixing on low speed, then switch to medium-high speed.
  6. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, mixing just until blended.
  7. Adjust flavor and sweetness as needed.
  8. If needed, chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
