- 1 Oreo pie crust
- 1 box white chocolate pudding (3.9 oz)
- 2 cups cold 2% milk
- ½ container Cool-Whip
- 2–3 drops neon green gel food coloring
- 1–2 drops green food coloring
- ½ cup green sanding sugar
- ½ cup mini red heart sprinkles
- ½ cup large red heart sprinkles
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the white chocolate pudding mix and cold 2% milk until thickened.
- Incorporate the neon green and standard green food coloring into the mixture until desired color is achieved.
- Pour the green pudding filling into the Oreo crust and smooth the top.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Spread Cool-Whip evenly over the top of the pie.
- Decorate with green sanding sugar and red heart sprinkles.

You can make this pie 1-2 days in advance and store it in the refrigerator.
