This Air Fryer Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon is a quick, easy, and healthy dish that delights with its sweet and tangy flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start with combining all glaze components: Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk them together until you have a homogenous mixture.
- Once the glaze is ready, move on to preparing the salmon. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Next, take the prepared honey mustard glaze and generously brush it over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook the salmon for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Once the salmon is done, carefully remove it from the air fryer and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
Notes
Check the salmon’s readiness by its ability to flake easily with a fork. Consider marinating the salmon for up to 15 minutes for a more intense flavor.
