Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Start with combining all glaze components: Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk them together until you have a homogenous mixture.
  2. Once the glaze is ready, move on to preparing the salmon. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Next, take the prepared honey mustard glaze and generously brush it over the top of each salmon fillet.
  4. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook the salmon for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Once the salmon is done, carefully remove it from the air fryer and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
