Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Baking Dish: Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients: Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Incorporate the Egg and Vanilla: Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Add in Chocolate Chips, Coconut, and Almonds: Gently fold in chocolate chips, coconut, and almond slivers.
  7. Spread and Bake: Spread the mixture into the prepared dish, sprinkle extras on top, and bake for 20–22 minutes until golden brown.
