- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp sea salt (or to taste)

Instructions
- First, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). While the oven is heating up, prepare your spice mix by combining the garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, cumin, sea salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Add the olive oil to the mix and stir well.
- Next, add the chicken, onion, and zucchini to the bowl with the marinade. Toss until everything is evenly coated. For better flavor, let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 24 hours.
- Once marinated, transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are roasted.
