- 48 Ritz crackers
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- ¼ cup finely chopped chives
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Begin by placing the softened cream cheese into a mixing bowl. It’s critical that the cream cheese is at room temperature so that it blends easily without lumps. Add in the sharp cheddar cheese, finely chopped red bell pepper, chives, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Using a spatula or an electric mixer, combine the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Once your cream cheese mixture is well-combined, it’s time to start assembling your snacks! Take a Ritz cracker and spread about 1 teaspoon of the creamy filling onto it. Carefully top it with another Ritz cracker, pressing down gently to form a sandwich.
- If you want to add an extra touch of flair, sprinkle some additional chopped chives on top of the assembled cracker sandwiches before serving. Once you have finished assembling, arrange the Ritz Crackers Party Snacks on a serving platter and they are ready to be enjoyed!
