  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Begin by heating vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for about a minute.
  3. Stir in ground cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder. Mix well to toast the spices.
  4. Add chicken, ensuring each piece is coated with the spice mixture. Cook until no longer pink.
  5. Introduce tomatoes and bell peppers, cooking for 5-7 minutes until tomatoes soften.
