- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions
- Start by preparing the sauce that brings everything together. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch until smooth. Gradually incorporate the chicken broth or water, followed by sesame oil if desired. Set aside.
- Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden.
- Add the remaining tablespoon of oil, toss in broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and sugar snap peas. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; stir quickly until fragrant.
- Return chicken to skillet, pour in the prepared sauce, and stir well. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
