Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups hot chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix stuffing and hot chicken broth. Let sit to absorb the liquid.
  3. In another bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well, then stir in cooked chicken and optional peas and carrots.
  4. Spread chicken mixture in the baking dish, top with stuffing mixture.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing, bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
