- 4 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 cups hot chicken broth
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix stuffing and hot chicken broth. Let sit to absorb the liquid.
- In another bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well, then stir in cooked chicken and optional peas and carrots.
- Spread chicken mixture in the baking dish, top with stuffing mixture.
- Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing, bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
