Ingredients

- 500g sausage meat
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 0.5 tsp dried thyme
- 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Prepare the Sausage Filling: Combine the sausage meat, onion, sage, thyme, nutmeg, salt, pepper, mustard, and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
- Roll Out the Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry, cut into rectangles.
- Form the Sausage Rolls: Place sausage mixture on pastry, roll and seal.
- Bake the Rolls: Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
