- 680 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
- 240 ml tzatziki sauce
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced for garnish (optional)
- 60 g crumbled feta cheese
- 30 g chopped fresh parsley or dill, for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 190°C (375°F) and greasing your baking dish.
- Next, spread the uncooked rice evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Distribute the cut chicken breasts evenly over the rice and sprinkle with spices.
- Spoon the tzatziki sauce across the surface of the chicken.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven, allow to rest for 5 minutes, and garnish before serving.
