- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 sandwich buns
- Lettuce and tomato for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast.
- Dip the chicken in the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Place the grilled chicken on sandwich buns and top with lettuce and tomato.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
