Description
This Biscoff fudge recipe is an absolute must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth. Its luscious blend of cookie butter and white chocolate culminates in a decadent desert that is both simple and extraordinary.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 Biscoff cookies, crushed
Instructions
- Start by lining your 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing a bit of overhang on the sides. This will help tremendously during the removal process and keeps the fudge intact. Make sure it is smooth and secured against the edges of the pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the three cups of white chocolate chips with the can of sweetened condensed milk. Place the bowl in the microwave and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring well in between.
- Once the chocolate has melted and is smooth, stir in the cup of Biscoff cookie butter along with the teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until everything is well blended.
- Gently fold most of the crushed Biscoff cookies into the chocolate mixture, reserving a few for the topping.
- Carefully pour the fudgy mixture into your prepared baking pan. Spread the mixture evenly with a spatula, ensuring a level surface. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Biscoff cookies on top.
- Let the fudge cool slightly at room temperature before placing it in the refrigerator. Allow it to set for at least two hours or until firm.
- Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut it into squares with a sharp knife and enjoy!
