- Once melted, fold in the chow mein noodles along with the roasted peanuts, ensuring everything is nicely coated.
- Using a spoon, scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture and drop them onto wax or parchment paper, allowing them to rest until set.
Notes
For a nut-free version, replace roasted peanuts with sunflower seeds. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to a week.
