- ¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg, vanilla, and bananas; mix well.
- Combine dry ingredients and add to wet; stir until just mixed.
- Prepare snickerdoodle topping and sprinkle on batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
