  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • For the Snickerdoodle Topping:
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add egg, vanilla, and bananas; mix well.
  4. Combine dry ingredients and add to wet; stir until just mixed.
  5. Prepare snickerdoodle topping and sprinkle on batter.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
