Instructions

  1. Start by mixing the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, grated fresh ginger, and chili flakes in a large bowl. Let the chicken rest in the marinade by refrigerating it for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to penetrate deeply.
