- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

- 1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare the crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and vanilla; whisk until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust, smoothing the top.
- Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Cool on a rack for 2 hours, then refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
Notes
The pie can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Store leftovers covered for up to four days.
