- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare your oven and pan by preheating to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: almond flour, vanilla protein powder, and sea salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk the honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl for the wet mixture.
- Combine mixtures and fold in the sliced almonds evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, and cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
Ensure the coconut oil is fully melted before mixing. For a firmer texture, refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes before baking.
