- 4 ripe but firm pears
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese (75 g)
- 2 tbsp toasted walnuts, chopped (30 g)
- 1 tbsp honey (15 ml)
- Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Carefully cut each pear in half lengthwise and use a spoon or melon baller to scoop out the seeds.
- Mix the crumbled blue cheese with chopped walnuts and spoon into each pear half.
- Arrange the filled halves on your baking sheet and drizzle with honey.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until pears are softened and cheese melting, garnish with thyme.
