Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, mix until just combined.
- Shape into balls and place in muffin tin.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Fill with strawberry jam and pipe pink buttercream on top.
