A delightful blend of flavors with caramelized pears, feta cheese, honey, and cranberries.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe but firm pears, halved & cored
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut and core each pear half, then place them cut-side up in your prepared baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over each pear half and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over them.
  3. In the hollowed center of each pear half, evenly distribute the crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, and optionally, chopped walnuts.
  4. Drizzle honey over the filled pears and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Let the pears cool slightly, then garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.

Notes

Choose firm pears and adjust honey to suit your taste preference.
