A delightful blend of flavors with caramelized pears, feta cheese, honey, and cranberries.

- 2 ripe but firm pears, halved & cored
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut and core each pear half, then place them cut-side up in your prepared baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over each pear half and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over them.
- In the hollowed center of each pear half, evenly distribute the crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, and optionally, chopped walnuts.
- Drizzle honey over the filled pears and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pears cool slightly, then garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.
Notes
Choose firm pears and adjust honey to suit your taste preference.
