- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Flour for dusting
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out your pizza dough to about 1/4-inch thickness on a floured surface.
- Cut out tree shapes using a Christmas tree cookie cutter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce on each tree shape, leaving a small edge around the crust.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Add mini pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Bake for about 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
- Brush the crust with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried oregano after baking.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve warm.
