- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup parsley (finely chopped, for coating)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs and cranberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine softened cream cheese, roasted red peppers, olives, artichokes, Parmesan, and seasonings in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a log using plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Coat the log in finely chopped parsley once chilled.
- Garnish with rosemary and cranberries on a serving platter.
- Serve with crackers or veggie sticks.
