  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup parsley (finely chopped, for coating)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs and cranberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, roasted red peppers, olives, artichokes, Parmesan, and seasonings in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. Shape the mixture into a log using plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  3. Coat the log in finely chopped parsley once chilled.
