Ingredients

  • 1 (6-ounce) package red gelatin (such as strawberry or cherry)
  • 1 (6-ounce) package blue gelatin (such as blueberry or raspberry)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the red gelatin in one cup of boiling water. Repeat for blue gelatin in a separate bowl. Cool slightly.
  2. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water to bloom, then mix with warmed condensed milk over medium heat until dissolved.
  3. Layer red gelatin in dish, refrigerate 30 mins. Add milk layer, refrigerate 30 mins, then blue gelatin. Chill for 2 hours.

Notes

Allow each layer ample time to set to ensure distinct layers. Use a clear dish for better presentation.
