- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
- Start by whisking together the olive oil, lime juice and zest, along with all the spices—chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper—in a small bowl.
- Once you have your marinade ready, take the chicken breasts and coat them thoroughly in the mixture. Let them rest for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. When hot, carefully place the marinated chicken on the grill.
- While your chicken is cooking, prepare the refreshing avocado salsa.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from heat and let it rest for a few moments. To serve, place the chicken on a plate, topping it generously with the avocado salsa.
