Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures and stir gently.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling them 3/4 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a rack.
- Dip warm muffins in butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
