Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and sweetener. Mix well.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Scoop dollops of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
