Instructions
- Soak the pineapple rings in pineapple juice for at least an hour, then drain and pat dry.
- Set up dredging stations with flour, egg mixture, and sweetened coconut.
- Coat each pineapple ring in flour, then egg, and finally coconut.
- Fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown, about 1 minute per side.
- Make the creamy dipping sauce with cream cheese, powdered sugar, and coconut milk.
