- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Instructions
- Begin by drying the chicken breasts thoroughly using a paper towel.
- In a medium bowl, toss the chicken pieces with all-purpose flour, dried oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and freshly ground pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter.
- Let the chicken cook undisturbed for around 3 minutes, then flip, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, minced garlic, and freshly chopped parsley to the skillet, stir for about one minute.
