Description

If you’re seeking an elegant yet straightforward seafood dinner that doesn’t skimp on taste, then Garlic Butter Lobster Tails are just the ticket.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lobster tails (5 to 6 oz each), thawed if frozen
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Begin by carefully using kitchen shears to cut down the center of each lobster shell, keeping the cut neat and stopping just short of the tail fin.
  2. In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until it begins to bubble.
  3. Take your foil-lined baking tray and position the lobster tails on it.
  4. Set the tray in the oven and broil the lobster tails for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Once broiled to perfection, take the lobster tails out of the oven.

Notes

Ensure that your lobster tails are properly thawed if previously frozen for the best results.
